T-Lish Dressing: A Local Mom’s Secret Recipe

Two weeks ago, Darrell (aka “Puddy”) of Freshfully in Avondale introduced me to T-Lish Dressing.  I’ve yet to encounter a better sales pitch but after one meal, I’m ready to deliver my own!

T-Lish Dressing is perfect for busy moms.  This sweet  vinegar-based /garlic dressing is the perfect marinade for shrimp and summer vegetables and the label suggests uses with poultry and beef.  Check out the T-Lish website for wonderful recipes from appetizers to sandwiches.  Dress up a summer salad, quickly marinate sliced zucchini or go for something more involved like the T-Lish Thai Noodles. T-Lish is a great product but also a great story.  The dressing was a favorite recipe of a local Birmingham Mom, Tiff, who simply gave it as gifts to friends during the holidays until a friend (and owner of The Pants Store) suggested that she sell it.   Six years later, T-Lish is sold in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee and found throughout the Birmingham area at Western Supermarkets, Freshfully, V Richards, Whole Foods and Alabama Goods (to name a few).
