This summer, the Alabama Theatre will host TWO summer series.  We posted earlier about their Summer Movie series showing in Sunday afternoon but they’ve added MORE!!!  We know that families with tween children will be excited that, beginning this Friday, June 15th, they can view the entire Harry Potter series on Friday evenings at 7pm for $8 per ticket.   To encourage summer reading, entice your child to read one of the books with the promise of attending the movie as reward.   Double down and visit Paramount – a dessert bar located within a few blocks of the theatre.  Downtown Birmingham has much to offer families on a Friday evening – Railroad Park, El Barrio, and more.

July 20th: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

July 27th: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I

August 3rd:  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II
