Trussville CityFest set for May 3rd

The 34th Annual Trussville City Fest will be held on Saturday, May 3.  The day long festival will feature music, a classic car show,  and great kids activities.  The festival lasts from 11am to 9pm and admission is just $5 per person (children under 2 free).

The Bryant Bank Children’s Area (free with admission) includes “hamster balls” (giant clear balls you can jump into and roll around in a pool without getting wet (co-sponsored by Massey Stotser & Nichols PC), appearances by mascots such as Big Al, Huey the Husky, the Birmingham Barons’ Babe Ruff, the Chick-Fil-A Cow,  and more.

The day of music will include headliner band the Benjy Davis Project and many more including the Jeff Otwell Band, the Shaun Pezant trio, Nashville Bound (featuring Jackson Capps and Skylar Wallace), One Accord, Kristy White,  the Hewitt Trussville Jazz Band, and Miss Trussville Hannah Brown.  Fireworks will cap off the event.

The festival is presented by the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce and many sponsors including Amerex
