Have You Checked Out the Jewelry at World Market Lately?
You’re probably thinking that you look to World Market for chunky, imported pieces that look more like travel souvenirs than trendy jewelry. This season is different. Now there are more delicate pieces, trendy colors, and semi-precious stones that look a bit more expensive and could pass for the selection in some of Birmingham’s best jewelry boutiques.
Check out the earrings, which are anywhere from $7.99 to $12.99 in a variety of stones. Smaller studs (good sizes for tweens) are $4.99. There is a nice selection of beaded bracelets, woven wrap bracelets, and longer necklaces with tassels or stationed beads.
There are several nice necklaces that are neutral enough to layer well with other necklaces and metal tones (I especially like the smoky sparkle of the beads to the right – they look great against denim or dark tones).
Be on the lookout for World Market coupons in most shelter and women’s magazines this month. The Wednesday paper also has a World Market flier from time to time. Consider getting a start on holiday gift buying for the girlfriends or sister who love jewelry.
